- Having your lawn mowed down and any excess dry leaves cleaned will improve your results.

- We do not spray furniture or counter tops, but we will spray the skirting boards. Please allow five – seven days before mopping your floors.
- If you have dust on your skirting boards and wish to clean this, please use the vacuum extension head or a dry paper towel.
- Please note if you outsource your home cleaning it is important to delay floor mopping internally by at least one week to ensure that the invisible barrier applied is not impacted or organize cleaning prior to your pest control.

Large cockroaches (Australian/American)
Cockroaches will be flushed out and will continue to be flushed out for up to 6 weeks post treatment. Increased activity may indicate an underlying issue which will require a second treatment.
You might notice cockroaches and other pests walking slowly, on their backs, or alive but not moving. Large cockroaches and other insects need to come across the insecticide for them to die, it isn’t controlled by scent, otherwise humans would be impacted also.
Pest control should be regarded as a controlling and regulating treatment. No pest can ever be eradicated permanently due to factors outside our control such as environmental factors, location and weather.
Spiders
Webbing spiders will have a reduction of about 70%.
Redbacks should be reduced by 90% unless there is a severe issue.
It is important to note that spider severity is determined by your surroundings and a pest control will never stop spiders 100%.
For severe webbing spider infestations quarterly external only treatments are recommended.
Spiders that are based in your gardens will not be killed – UNLESS they come into contact with a treated area. So if you have Huntsmans, wolf, trapdoor spiders or funnel web spiders in your garden, they will not be killed unless they are on the areas that we are treating

A warranty call out is provided at no charge to the customer where an infestation has re-occurred within the stated period from Australian/American cockroaches, webbing spiders and ants where a specialized ant treatment has been executed. A spot treatment is done in the impacted area only. Warranty is provided on all full-priced work after second treatment (unless stated otherwise). German cockroach treatments do not carry a warranty period as post treatment care and upkeep is required by the end user

About Rouse Hill, NSW
Rouse Hill is a suburb of Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. Rouse Hill is located in the Hills District, 43 kilometres north-west of the Sydney central business district and 19 kilometres north-west of the Parramatta central business district. It is in the local government areas of The Hills Shire and City of Blacktown. Rouse Hill Town Centre is at the heart of the suburb, which contains a busy Town Square. == History == Rouse Hill encompasses what was originally known as the Village of Aberdour along with the area that became known as 'Vinegar Hill' following the convict rebellion of 1804. Rouse Hill is noteworthy in Australian history as the site of the main battle during an Irish convict rebellion, known as the Castle Hill rebellion or the 'Second Battle of Vinegar Hill'. On 4 March 1804, Irish convicts including political prisoners transported for participating in the Irish Rebellion of 1798, broke out of the Government Farm at Castle Hill, aiming to seize control of the area and to capture Parramatta. The uprising was crushed by the military authorities at Rouse Hill the following day with at least fifteen rebels killed during the battle. Nine of the rebel leaders were executed and hundreds were punished. The exact site of the Battle is uncertain but a monument with a plaque commemorating the event can be seen within Castlebrook Lawn Cemetery on Windsor Road in Kellyville Ridge.The name Rouse Hill perpetuates the name of Richard Rouse (1774-1852), a public servant and free settler, who received a grant of land in the area.
