Rodent Pest Inspection

At the first hint of a rodent in or around your property it is important to organize a rodent inspection and treatment. This involves our technician doing an investigation through the home and surround (including subfloor and roof voids where applicable).

Step 2

Rodent Baiting

Depending on the location and severity our technician may use any of the following treatments – black locked boxes, cardboard roof boxes, internal/external baits or sticky pads. Extermination is not immediate – this process may take up to 6 weeks to see results. Sticky pads are recommended where rodents are seen internally as they are fast acting.
So Pest Off is accredited and recommends using Selontra Soft Bait Rodenticide. For commercial properties and homes with recurring rodent issues So Pest Off also has bluetooth rodent boxes available to show how many rats are entering each baiting station allowing for targeted placement

Step 3

Rodent Pest Monitoring

Regular three monthly monitoring is recommended for all rodent work performed. So Pest Off will send a technician to check the baiting stations and refill as required for 12 months, after which all rodents should be eradicated.
The black lockable boxes belong to the owners and can be kept securely away should they require the use again

Removal of the deceased rodent if found on site can be done by you – please ensure you use gloves and dispose of immediately when located.
