Bird Repellent Gel Where Spikes Are Not Suitable
Bird repellent gel is a discreet, non-toxic deterrent for ledges, roofs, beams and signage where spikes would look out of place, such as on heritage buildings. The gel creates a visual effect that birds see and people do not, and it makes the surface look unsafe to land on. We apply it as gel pads or as a clear gel wiped over the surface, and it is virtually invisible once it is on.

Solar Panel Bird Proofing and Pigeon Mesh
The gap under a solar array is warm, dry and sheltered, which is why pigeons nest there so often. We fit mesh around the outside edge of the whole array so birds cannot get underneath, and the mesh clips to the panel frame, so there is no drilling into your panels or your roof. For homes near the coast we use marine-grade stainless steel mesh.

What Happens During a Bird Proofing Visit

- We install the mesh, netting, spikes or gel and check that every gap is closed.
Installation on most homes takes two to six hours, depending on the size of the property, the number of areas we are proofing and how hard they are to reach. Large commercial buildings and big netting installations can take one to two days.
After the proofing is installed, you may still see a few birds return for a short time. That is normal, and it usually stops once the birds find they cannot get back into the area.
