This is the second time we have used So Off Pest, and I have been happy every time. A great service is obviously important, but all of the interaction that I have with this team in the lead up is also excellent. The communication from the team when booking, all the way to the service technician when they are on site. I cannot praise them enough. Thank you so much!

I recently used So Pest Off for a very serious ant problem in my car (don’t even get me started it was thousands and thousands of ants). Firstly, Eileen was extremely helpful on the phone, explaining step by step what would happen, she then was able to fit me in asap. Secondly, Shant and his teammate were great. They explained to me what they were going to do and were very thorough. I believe Shant said ‘this was the worse ant problem he has seen in a car’ but he did not back down. You could tell he was passionate and actually wanted to help me, not just because he was getting paid to do so, a genuine care to help me fix this problem. It was a layered approach in the us VS the ants but we came out victorious (I say we, it was all So Pest Off). I’m so glad I called this company, they will forever be my number 1 go to for any future pest problems (hopefully no more ants in cars though). 5 stars doesn’t capture how grateful I am and how much I recommend them. I cannot recommend So Pest Off highly enough! I recently reached out via their website to enquire about a maggot issue in my apartment. Within just 30 minutes of submitting my quote query, I received a phone call from Eileen. Instead of simply booking a job and taking my money, Eileen took the time to assess the situation and honestly informed me that the issue was actually a strata matter rather than an individual apartment problem. The fact that she went above and beyond to save me unnecessary costs and provided a clear next step toward a solution was invaluable. It is rare to find such integrity and genuine care in customer service these days. They have definitely gained a lifelong fan here. 100% excellent service!

We recently had a full pest treatment completed through Pest Off and are so impressed with their service. I found them via Google and texted to ask for a quote. Eileen was so easy to deal with - she replied promptly, politely and explained everything well. The whole thing was explained and booked via text - I didn't even have to get on a call (IYKYK 😂)! Aaron arrived exactly on time and was the perfect service provider. He explained the process and took his time to do a thorough job. I didnt once feel he was in a rush to get things "over and done with". He even took his shoes off coming into the house!!! Aaron was so helpful and proactive (without being pushy) that I've already booked in for Pest Off to help with birds nesting under our solar panels. Will happily use for our regular pest treatments moving forward and highly recommend to others for their pest management. Thanks, guys!

Recently had a termite inspection with So Pest Off. From the first phone call with Eileen to the inspection with Shant, the whole process was so easy. Shant was thorough, and explained everything he was doing as he went and was happy to answer my many questions regarding termites, with his extensive knowledge. And Eileen is also very knowledgeable and was so lovely over the phone when booking my inspection. I would not hesitate to recommend So Pest Off to anyone and will definitely use them again in the future.
