Preventative Pest Control Services

Spraying kills the pests you have today. Proofing stops the next lot getting in. So Pest Off seals the gaps that rodents, snakes, possums and large insects use to enter your home, so you are not booking the same treatment every season. We work across the Hills District, the Northern Beaches and greater Sydney, and every job is done by a licensed, insured technician.

Why proofing beats spraying alone

A single treatment clears what is inside. It does nothing about the weep hole, the gap under the roller door or the broken roof tile that let them in.
Proofing closes those entry points for good, which means fewer call-backs, less bait in your home and a lower long term cost.

Our pest proofing services

Weep hole covers: stainless mesh covers that block rodents, snakes and large insects while your brickwork keeps breathing.
Rodent proofing: we seal weep holes, door gaps, pipe penetrations and roof entry points that rats and mice squeeze through.
Possum proofing: humane removal of the possum, then we close the roof and eave gaps so it cannot return.
Snake proofing: exclusion work for roofs, subfloors and yards, with optional Bluetooth motion sensors to confirm the area stays clear.
Solar panel proofing: mesh skirting around your panels to stop pigeons and pests nesting underneath.

Why choose So Pest Off

Licensed and insured: NSW EPA licensed technicians and full insurance on every job.
Sydney wide: Hills District, Northern Beaches and greater Sydney.
Honest advice: we tell you what actually needs proofing, not what pads the invoice.
We do it right the first time: the aim is to stop the problem, not to book you in again next month.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We highly recommend So Pest Off Pest Control for termite and general pest control. From the initial booking through to the completion of the treatment, the whole experience was excellent.

The team was professional, punctual, friendly, and took the time to explain the termite and pest treatment process clearly. They were very thorough in inspecting the property and addressing the areas of concern rather than simply doing a quick spray and leaving.

I particularly appreciated their attention to detail and the way they answered all of my questions. It was clear that they genuinely cared about doing the job properly and making sure our home was protected.

The service was professional, efficient, and provided great peace of mind. If you're looking for a reliable company for termite inspections, termite treatment, or general pest control, I would definitely recommend So Pest Off Pest Control.

Excellent service from start to finish. Thank you!

pEST pROOFING FAQ’s

For long term control, yes. Spraying manages the pests already inside. Proofing removes the reason they got in. Most homes get the best result from a treatment to clear the current problem, followed by proofing so it does not come back.

We service the Hills District, the Northern Beaches and greater Sydney. Call 0410 244 244 with your suburb and we will confirm.

Quality materials like stainless steel mesh last for years and do not rust or perish like cheap plastic. Once an entry point is sealed properly it stays sealed.

We will only install mesh where it is required and it will not stand out when done correctly
