Shant
Shant is the driving force behind So Pest Off. Originally an electrician who moved into lighting and sales, he launched the business in 2021 after struggling to find an honest, reliable pest controller for his spider-terrified wife, and decided to raise the industry standard himself. Ambitious and vision-led (and convinced he’s the funny one), Shant is unstoppable when he sets his sights on growth, with big plans for the next five years.
Eileen
With a background in sales management and business optimisation, Eileen serves as Operations Manager at So Pest Off, overseeing client bookings, customer onboarding, commercial documentation and invoicing.
Eileen keeps the business running smoothly behind the scenes while ensuring a seamless client experience and as the team’s resident funny one, she makes sure we have a laugh along the way.

Aaron
Aaron is one of our technicians at So Pest Off, known for his passion for customer education and getting the job done efficiently. A keen rock climber, he’s naturally become our resident bird control guru, comfortable tackling the tricky jobs others shy away from. Aaron approaches every task with the mindset that no job is too hard.
Mark
Mark is the muscle behind the team at So Pest Off, supporting our termite and commercial projects wherever needed. A true family man, Mark is warm, approachable and always up for a laugh on site, making him not only a reliable operator but a valued part of the So Pest Off family.
Josh
Josh is our Junior Technician at So Pest Off, known for his positive attitude, ability to reach high shelves and winning smile. Josh comes with experience, customer focused approach, and a willingness to learn and teach. Hard working and not afraid of a challenge, Josh is an integral part of our team.
